You prepay in full when creating an instance for the selected duration. The system sends an email reminder 24 hours before expiry. If you don't renew, the instance shuts down automatically and data is retained for 7 days before deletion.
Can I stop and get a refund at any time?
Mid-term refunds are not supported, but you can stop renewing at any time. If a platform failure causes downtime, the equivalent duration will be credited toward your next billing period.
Are prices really the same across all 5 regions?
Yes. The same listed price applies to Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and US West. Your choice of region affects only network latency, not cost.
What if I need multiple machines or a long-term arrangement?
For clusters of 10+ machines or commitments of 6+ months, contact us for a custom quote — usually with additional discounts and priority technical support.
