Hardware & Network

Yes. You get exclusive use of an entire Apple Mac mini M4 physical machine, not a VM or shared container. Native Apple Silicon performance, dedicated GPU / Neural Engine, and a full macOS environment where you can install any application.

Unlike VPS, we provide real Apple hardware with full support for Xcode, Core ML, and all native macOS toolchains.

Each device comes with 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth, not shared with other users, and an assigned dedicated public IPv4 address.

We currently offer five nodes: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and US West. Choose your preferred node on the purchase page. Availability may be limited at some nodes, so order early.

Connection & Operations

After logging into the console, click the 「noVNC」 button on the instance details page to launch the remote graphical interface directly in your browser, no plugins required.

For a native VNC client (e.g. macOS Screen Sharing), open Finder → Go → Connect to Server and enter vnc://your-ip-address .

The noVNC page can also be accessed novnc.html directly.

After activation, the console shows the full SSH command. Click to copy, then run it in your terminal:

ssh username@your-ip-address

The initial password is shown once in the console after clicking "View". We recommend switching to SSH key authentication and disabling password login after your first login.

Three power control buttons are available in the top-right of the instance details page in the console:Power On(completes within 30 seconds),Shut Down(gracefully shuts down macOS then powers off),Restart(useful for kernel updates or frozen environments).

If the instance is unresponsive for an extended period, please submit a ticket to contact an engineer.

All instances come pre-installed with thelatest stable macOS(currently Sequoia). You have full administrator privileges and can choose to upgrade via System Settings → Software Update.

Major version upgrades may affect compatibility with existing software. We recommend backing up your data before upgrading.
Advanced Services

Using Thunderbolt 5 (120 Gbps bidirectional bandwidth) to physically interconnect multiple Mac minis, forming a high-speed compute cluster for horizontal scaling. Suitable for large-scale AI inference (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.), Xcode distributed compilation, video rendering, and more.

Mac mini M4 comes standard with 256GB / 512GB NVMe. For more storage, you can add an NVMe expansion drive (select at purchase, available at select nodes), Thunderbolt 5 external drives, or NFS / SMB network storage.

Billing & Management

After successful payment, the systemautomatically triggers the activation process, typically completing within 3–5 minutes. SSH credentials will appear directly in the console. If it takes more than 10 minutes, refresh the console or submit a ticket.

If inventory is temporarily low, an engineer will proactively contact you within 1 hour — we never silently drop orders.

Log in to the console and go to "My Instances"to view full details including CPU, RAM, storage, public IP, data center, and OS version."Billing"shows order status, expiry countdown, and payment history.

Re-visit the purchase page before expiry to place a new order, or submit a ticket to arrange renewal and keep the same instance running continuously.
